AMERICAN AMBER ALE
Not too dark and not too light, this one’s just right. This Amber Ale features a deep amber-copper color, balanced with selected flavoring and aromatic hops. Malty flavors and aromas of toasted bread, caramel, and light raisin paired with a medium to light body, making it one of our most crushable beers. The char of grilled meats perfectly complements the caramel and toasty flavors of the beer. Thanks to its balanced malt and hop flavors, you can’t beat this Amber ale at a cookout of loaded burgers, ribs, and barbecue chicken.

INDIA PALE ALE - NEW ENGLAND STYLE
This is our year-round revolving hop series. A classic NE style, this is a double dry-hopped, rotating hop-burst IPA with a mild bitterness and a medium body. Each time we brew this beer we change the hops, amounts, and/or manner in which they are added to create different flavors and aromas. Hoppy beers are made to cut through cream sauces, cheese, fried foods, and bacon, preparing you to enjoy another bite of your BLT or wings.

INDIA PALE ALE - WEST COAST STYLE
An extremely hopped, full-flavored and medium bodied India Pale Ale that is brewed with five different varieties of American hops. This West Coast style classic IPA is bursting with grapefruit flavors, excellent pine and citrus notes, and a very pleasant floral aroma. Pairs well with Wisconsin cheese curds, fiery Madras curry, carne asada chimichangas, smoked beef brisket, and ginger spiced chocolate truffles. Cheers!

AMERICAN DRY STOUT
This American Dry Stout was inspired by its English and Irish cousins. It is a deep, robust, and richly rewarding craft beer. It has distinct notes of coffee, chocolate, toffee, and caramel with just enough hop bite to round out this full-bodied stout. Black Ales and Stouts featuring roasted flavors from dark malts and a bittersweet finish from hops pair well with red meats, hearty meals, and coffee/chocolate confections.

SONORAN SPICY RED ALE
This is our interpretation of a Sonoran desert spice beer. We have created a true original inspired by traditional Irish Red Ales and local chile peppers. Brewed with fresh lime zest, lemon zest, and Chiltepíns. These tiny, red, super-hot chilies have a marvelous flavor and are virtually synonymous with Sonoran culture and, for that matter, the Sonoran desert. Make no mistake about it, this beer is a bit spicy but it’s not over the top. Pairs well with grilled foods, rich sauces, and pizza. It is also the perfect beer to cook with and it truly shines to make a killer Michelada. Cheers!
